Seeking a corporate counsel to join a busy Seattle transactional group supporting M&A, financings, corporate governance, commercial contracts and entity counseling. The role will provide hands‑on transaction work and day‑to‑day corporate advice for growth‑stage and established companies.

This position will lead and support Seattle‑led deals, coordinate with attorneys across the firm’s national platform, and participate in practice development efforts. The role includes mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to client service and relationship growth.

5+ years of corporate and transactional experience (AmLaw firm or sophisticated boutique experience preferred)
Demonstrated experience managing substantial portions of M&A transactions and/or financing matters
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and project‑management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a high‑volume transactional docket
Excellent client communication skills and experience interfacing directly with clients
Washington State Bar admission (or ability to waive in)
