Corporate Funds Associate — Private Funds, New York

Join a national-caliber private funds practice in New York supporting fund formation and private equity matters. This role offers exposure to a broad client base across industries and the opportunity to work on complex investment management matters within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates will have a corporate background with specific funds or investment management experience, strong drafting and analytical skills, and the ability to manage workstreams both independently and as part of a team. Admission to the New York Bar (or imminent eligibility) is required.

• 3–5 years post-qualification experience in corporate or funds work, with fund formation or investment management experience preferred
• Graduated in the top 10% of a nationally recognized law school (as indicated in source)
• Excellent written and analytical skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
• Admitted to the New York Bar or eligible for admission in the near term
