Growing corporate healthcare team in Los Angeles is seeking an associate to work on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters for clients across the healthcare sector. The role offers exposure to commercial contracts, acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory compliance counseling and other corporate work involving healthcare providers, payors and related businesses.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, interdisciplinary practice and work closely with partners and senior associates on client-facing matters. The position offers opportunity for substantive responsibility, professional development and cross-office collaboration with other corporate and healthcare specialists.

The employer's good-faith estimated salary range for this role in Los Angeles is $250,000 to $325,000 annually. The role is eligible for standard benefits and may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on performance and other factors.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Admission to the California bar (or ability to obtain admission in a timely manner).
Experience in corporate transactions and/or healthcare-related matters; transactional drafting and negotiation skills preferred.
Strong legal research, writing and client-communication skills; ability to manage multiple matters.
Team-oriented approach and comfort working across corporate and regulatory issues.
