A global law firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join its Corporate M&A and private equity practices in Tampa, Florida. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of workstreams on sophisticated domestic and international transactions.

You will work with private equity sponsors, family offices, portfolio companies, founder-led businesses, and other clients on buyouts, add-on acquisitions, growth equity investments, recapitalizations, and exits. The practice spans industries including healthcare, technology, professional services, infrastructure, insurance, education, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and financial services, with support from a global platform of transactional and regulatory lawyers.

J.D. with excellent academics from a well-respected, ABA-accredited law school
Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to become admitted promptly
4–6 years of substantive M&A, private equity, and general corporate experience at a national or regional law firm
Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a high-volume practice
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
