3–7 years of corporate/M&A experience at a major law firm; AmLaw 100 experience preferred.
Proven experience drafting and negotiating acquisition agreements and supporting complex deals for public and/or private companies.
Strong legal research, drafting, communication and project-management skills; able to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
