Corporate M&A Associate — Dallas

A mid-level corporate associate position on a Dallas-based Mergers & Acquisitions team. The role supports a broad range of middle‑market M&A, private equity and securities matters, acting as a key member of deal teams from diligence through closing.

Successful candidates will have hands-on responsibility drafting and negotiating acquisition, equity and investment documents, managing transaction workflows, and preparing client-ready deliverables. The team works on both public and private company matters and transactional work across the capital structure.

• 3–5 years post-qualification transactional experience (M&A/private equity/securities)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex acquisition and investment documents
• Experience running key aspects of deals: due diligence, document production, closing mechanics
• Admission to the Texas bar (active)
• Ability to work collaboratively on fast-paced deal teams and manage client-facing deliverables
