Corporate M&A Associate — New York

Mid-level associate role in a busy New York corporate practice focused on mergers & acquisitions. The team handles both public and private company transactions across a range of industries, with occasional takeover-defense and shareholder-activism matters.

Associates will run deals with a high degree of responsibility, working autonomously on transaction execution and client-facing matters. The group seeks candidates with strong commercial judgment, effective deal management skills, and a business-development mindset.

• 2–5 years' PQE with substantial private and public company M&A experience
• Experience running deals and managing substantive transaction responsibilities
• U.S. law firm background and admission to the New York State Bar (in good standing)
• Outstanding academic record; please be prepared to provide resume, deal sheet, and law school transcript
