Corporate Partner / Senior Lawyer — M&A (London, Liverpool or Leeds)

Leading national law firm is seeking a Partner or senior corporate lawyer to join its established M&A team across London, Liverpool or Leeds. The role will focus on owner-managed deals, private equity and venture capital transactions, advising UK-based corporates and financial sponsors.

The successful hire will act as a senior lawyer within the team, helping to grow the owner-managed business sector by winning new clients, developing existing relationships and providing commercially focussed transactional advice.

Applications are welcome from sitting partners and senior associates with the track record and ambition to step up to a client-facing leadership role.

• Proven experience across corporate transactions, particularly M&A (owner-managed deals, private equity, venture capital)
• Track record of business development and client relationship management
• Ability to lead a team and support growth plans for an owner-managed business sector
• Experience at partner or senior associate level; demonstrable commercial judgement and a client-facing profile
