Corporate & Securities Associate (M&A) — Winston-Salem

Mid-level associate opening in a corporate and securities team, focused on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters. The role sits in the firm's Winston-Salem office and will support transaction work across the practice.

The successful candidate will work on deal execution, due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, corporate reorganizations and governance matters, collaborating with partners and cross-office teams on complex matters.

• 3–6 years post-qualification experience in M&A and corporate law
• Proven experience with drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents and managing due diligence
• Experience with corporate reorganizations, strategic transactions and corporate governance matters
• Strong written and oral communication skills and excellent academic credentials
• Ability to manage multiple matters, work independently and as part of a team
• Admission to the North Carolina bar or eligibility for admission
