National law firm seeking a Funds Associate to join its corporate team supporting investment fund formation and lifecycle matters. The role will work with the firm’s financial services and capital markets group advising fund managers and institutional investors on structuring, formation, and securities issues.

Open to candidates across the United States (multiple offices and a virtual option); candidates in New Jersey, New York and California are not being considered at this time. The firm values diverse, collaborative teams and seeks proactive, entrepreneurial associates who handle multiple matters under pressure.

3–5 years post-qualification experience advising investment funds (fund formation, private equity, private credit, and/or venture capital experience preferred)
Strong corporate and securities background
Active bar admission in the state of the hiring office or willingness to promptly obtain admission
Excellent academic credentials, strong judgment, and superior interpersonal and written communication skills
