Senior litigation counsel role in the firm's Irvine office handling complex commercial and consumer-finance disputes. This is a non-partner, counsel-track position with a reduced billable-hour expectation and no requirement to develop a personal book of business or manage firm-wide business development.

The position involves managing litigation matters from discovery through trial, leading depositions, drafting complex motions, and interacting directly with clients. Strong courtroom experience and the ability to supervise case teams in a fast-paced practice are required.

Minimum 5 years of litigation experience in complex business disputes
Active California bar license
Proven knowledge of civil procedure, motion practice, and courtroom experience
Experience taking and defending depositions and managing litigation matters
Preference for candidates with consumer-loan, mortgage-related, or consumer-finance litigation experience
Excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills
