Counsel, Labour & Employment — Rome

Experienced labour law lawyer sought for a Rome office of a well‑established legal and tax practice. You will join a national and international team advising corporate clients on day‑to‑day employment matters and disputes.

Key responsibilities include providing ordinary and extraordinary employment law advice to national and multinational companies, drafting and negotiating employment contracts and policies, and handling labour litigation matters.

• Law degree with strong academic record
• 5–7 years' post‑qualification experience in labour/employment law, preferably gained in structured professional firms
• Proven advisory and litigation experience in employment matters
• Fluent English; an additional language is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, drafting and teamworking skills
