Senior-level role for an employment lawyer to join a market-leading Switzerland practice in Geneva. The team advises multinational clients on the full range of domestic and cross-border employment matters, including restructurings, transfers of undertakings, collective consultation and employment litigation.

Day-to-day work includes transactional employment advice (automatic transfer, consultation and protective measures), redundancy and workforce change, drafting and negotiating employment and settlement documents, leading internal investigations, and managing employment-related claims. The role also leads on multi-jurisdictional HR projects and works closely with in-house HR and legal teams.

Qualified lawyer with substantial post-qualification employment law experience (senior associate / counsel level) gained in a strong employment practice.
Proven experience advising on transfers of undertakings, collective bargaining/consultation, restructurings, dismissals and settlement agreements.
Track record managing employment litigation and conciliation/tribunal processes, plus experience on multi-jurisdictional or global HR projects.
Strong commercial judgement, excellent academic background, client-facing skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams and jurisdictions.
