Apply in confidence →Midlevel associate opportunity in a national cyber/data/privacy litigation and investigations practice, open to candidates for New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Washington, DC. The group handles regulatory enforcement matters and complex privacy/data-security litigation across the US and internationally.
Successful candidates will join a growing team of privacy litigators and investigative specialists and will work on regulatory investigations (State Attorneys General, FTC, and similar agencies) and defense of data‑privacy and data‑breach class actions and related claims.
- 4–6 years post-qualification litigation or regulatory investigations experience, focused on privacy/data-security matters
- Experience with enforcement matters (State AG, FTC, or similar) and/or defending data-privacy class actions and related statutory claims
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; ability to manage significant projects and engage directly with clients
- Comfort with technology-related issues and cross-border/privacy regulatory context; excellent academic credentials
