Growing cyber/data/privacy practice seeking a mid-level associate to join its U.S. team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices (including New York, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington, D.C.).

The team advises a broad client base — from emerging and public companies to technology, life sciences and financial-services clients — on privacy, data-security and technology matters. Work includes counseling and advisory matters, transaction support, incident preparedness and response, regulatory investigations and related litigation support.

4–7 years PQE advising on privacy and cybersecurity compliance (private practice or in-house)
Practical experience with CCPA/CPRA, GDPR and other privacy frameworks
Experience handling information security issues, breach response and incident-response planning
Privacy-focused transaction work: data‑processing agreements, privacy schedules and privacy diligence
Strong academics, excellent written and oral advocacy, and ability to manage client relationships and lead matter workstreams
