Apply in confidence →Top-tier US technology practice is looking for a mid-level associate to join its Cyber/Data/Privacy group across multiple U.S. offices. The team advises a broad range of clients, from emerging and public companies to financial institutions and life-sciences and media companies, on privacy, data security and related regulatory matters.
The role focuses on counseling and advisory work, privacy- and security-related aspects of corporate and technology transactions, incident preparedness and response, and support for regulatory inquiries and litigation where needed. Successful candidates will be comfortable managing client relationships and leading significant projects.

- 4–7 years post-qualification experience in privacy/data protection and cybersecurity advisory work
- Experience with CCPA/CPRA, GDPR and other US/state privacy frameworks
- Transactional privacy experience (data processing agreements, privacy schedules, diligence) and incident/ breach response planning
- Strong academic record, excellent drafting and analytical skills, and ability to engage directly with clients
