Mid-level associate opportunity in a national cybersecurity, privacy and data-protection practice. The team advises clients on compliance counseling, privacy policy drafting and implementation, incident response and breach notification, regulatory investigations, and related litigation.

The role is open to candidates who can work from one of several U.S. offices, including New York, Pittsburgh, San Francisco / Silicon Valley, Los Angeles or San Diego. The group handles high‑priority, fast-paced matters and works collaboratively across offices.

3–5 years' experience at a large law firm advising on cybersecurity, privacy and data‑protection matters
Experience with privacy policy development, incident response/breach notification, regulatory investigations and related litigation
Strong legal research, analytical and presentation skills; ability to assume responsibility on matters and work effectively in teams
Superior academic credentials; application to include cover letter, resume and law‑school transcript
