We are seeking a talented associate to join a leading, nationally recognized Technology & IP Transactions practice. This is a multi-office opportunity open to candidates across the United States, offering the chance to work on sophisticated, high-value technology and intellectual property matters for a diverse client base.

The role involves advising clients on the full spectrum of technology and IP transactions, including licensing, strategic commercial arrangements, and complex deal structuring. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage directly with clients on cutting-edge issues at the intersection of technology and law.

Solid experience in technology and/or IP transactions, including licensing and commercial agreements
Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Excellent academic credentials and a demonstrated record of high-quality legal work
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary, nationally coordinated teams
Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
