Join a global debt finance product group advising on the full range of debt finance matters, including leveraged finance, private credit, infrastructure finance, hybrid capital, fund finance, corporate lending and syndicated facilities. Work will include lender- and borrower-side mandates, acquisition financings, refinancings, liability management and other complex, often cross-border, financings.

The team acts for financial institutions, corporates, sponsors, funds and direct lenders on structured and asset-backed financings and provides pragmatic, transaction-focused advice. The role expects collaboration on sophisticated matters and exposure to complex asset and infrastructure portfolios.

Admission to the New York bar is required. Applications should include a resume and law school transcript(s).

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited US law school
High academic achievement and strong writing/analytical skills
Experience on sponsor-side transactions and in a peer law firm
Admission to (or ability to waive into) the New York Bar
