- Juris Doctor (or equivalent) and admission eligibility
- 1–3 years of experience on debt financing transactions for lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors
- Practical knowledge of secured lending and Article 9 UCC issues; experience with commitment letters, closing mechanics and drafting finance documents
- Proven ability to manage multiple matters, strong attention to detail and high academic achievement
