Growing Debt Finance team at a leading US law firm is seeking a 1st 6th year associate to join its US practice. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on leveraged and secured financing transactions across a range of industries.

Work will include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, preparing issues lists, and supporting closings. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range (dependent on office location and experience).

1 6 years PQE (candidates with less than one full year should apply directly)
Experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors in debt financings
Working knowledge of secured lending and Article 9 UCC principles; experience with acquisition financings and debt securities preferred
Experience closing transactions and drafting transaction documents/issues lists
JD (or equivalent) with strong academic credentials and prior training at a large law firm; strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters
