Growth-stage opening in a national debt finance practice seeking an associate with 1–3 years' transactional experience. The role focuses on representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on debt financings and secured lending matters across the United States.

Typical work includes supporting deal execution and closings, drafting and negotiating financing documents and issues lists, and advising on Article 9 UCC, acquisition financings and debt securities matters. JD (or equivalent) and strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
1–3 years of experience on debt financing transactions representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors
Practical experience with secured lending, closing processes, document drafting and preparing issues lists
Familiarity with Article 9 UCC, acquisition financing and debt securities (high-yield/convertible notes) preferred
Prior training at a large law firm, strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
