Typical work includes supporting deal execution and closings, drafting and negotiating financing documents and issues lists, and advising on Article 9 UCC, acquisition financings and debt securities matters. - JD (or equivalent) and strong academic record from a nationally recognized law school
- 1–3 years of experience on debt financing transactions representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors
- Practical experience with secured lending, closing processes, document drafting and preparing issues lists
- Familiarity with Article 9 UCC, acquisition financing and debt securities (high-yield/convertible notes) preferred
- Prior training at a large law firm, strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
