National US law firm has openings in its Debt Finance practice for 1st–3rd year attorneys. The role involves representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on a range of debt financing matters, including secured lending and acquisition financing, with responsibility for drafting documents, preparing issues lists and supporting deal closings.

The position is open across US offices and offers a comprehensive benefits package and firm-paid core coverages. Targeted annual pay range for this role is $225,000–$260,000 (final offer depends on location and experience).

JD (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of relevant debt finance experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors
Working knowledge of secured lending, closing processes and document drafting; familiarity with Article 9 and acquisition financing preferred
Experience from a large law firm environment, strong academic record, and demonstrated attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple, diverse matters concurrently and produce high-quality work
