Growing Debt Finance team in a multi-office U.S. practice is seeking a junior associate with transactional lending experience. The role focuses on representing lenders, borrowers and sponsors across secured lending, leveraged and structured financings.

You will work on deal execution and documentation, including drafting agreements and issues lists, participating in closings, and supporting acquisition and other financing transactions. The team values strong technical drafting ability, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple matters concurrently.

J.D. or equivalent degree and admission to practice (as required)
1–3 years of private practice experience in debt finance, representing lenders, borrowers and/or sponsors
Practical experience with secured lending transactions and deal closings; drafting finance documents and issues lists
Familiarity with Article 9 UCC, acquisition financing and debt securities (e.g., high‑yield or convertible notes) preferred
Demonstrated strong academic record and prior training at a large law firm; excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
