Apply in confidence →Top-tier finance practice is seeking a 1st–3rd year debt finance attorney to join its U.S. offices. The role will focus on representing lenders, borrowers and private equity sponsors on a range of debt financing matters across secured lending, acquisition financings and related transactions.
Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating credit and security documents, preparing closing deliverables and issues lists, and supporting deal execution from diligence through closing. Candidates will join a team that handles syndicated and leveraged financings as well as debt securities matters.

- 1–3 years of relevant post‑JD experience in debt finance or leveraged lending.
- Experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private equity sponsors on financing transactions; familiarity with secured lending and closing mechanics.
- Comfort drafting credit agreements, security documents and related closing deliverables; experience preparing issues lists.
- Working knowledge of UCC Article 9; experience with acquisition financing, commitment letters, or debt securities (high‑yield/convertible notes) is a plus.
- Juris Doctor (or equivalent) from an accredited law school, strong academic record, and prior training at a large law firm preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
