Apply in confidence →Top-tier national law firm has multiple openings across U.S. offices for debt finance attorneys with 1–3 years of experience. You will work on leveraged and secured lending matters for lenders, borrowers and private‑equity sponsors on a variety of financing transactions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include document drafting, preparing and managing issues lists, supporting closings, and advising on Article 9 and acquisition financing matters; experience with debt securities (high‑yield or convertible notes) and general corporate law is a plus.
- 1–3 years of transactional finance experience (debt finance, lending, or leveraged finance)
- Experience representing lenders, borrowers and/or private‑equity sponsors on financing transactions
- Working knowledge of secured lending and Article 9; experience with closing transactions and drafting financing documents
- J.D. (or equivalent) and strong academic credentials; prior training at a large law firm preferred
- Ability to manage multiple matters, produce detailed work and work collaboratively on deal teams
