Employment Associate, Mid-Level to Senior — Los Angeles

A leading global law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its U.S. Employment practice in the Los Angeles office. The role involves employment litigation and counseling, including drafting pleadings and conducting discovery, with significant class and collective action work.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of employment litigation and counseling experience, strong research and writing abilities, and excellent academic credentials. A commitment to excellence and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Candidates must be admitted to the California bar and be able to work from the Los Angeles office. The expected base salary range for this role is $365,000 to $435,000 per year, and the position is eligible for additional compensation including annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
