A leading global law firm is seeking an associate with 4–7 years of experience to join its Employment Practice Group in its San Francisco office. The role involves employment counseling and/or litigation, with opportunities to work on sophisticated matters for a diverse client base.

The expected pay range for associates is based on class year, from $235,000 for the 2026/2025 class to $455,000 for the 2018 and more senior classes. The firm considers qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

4–7 years of experience in employment counseling and/or litigation.
Experience with restrictive covenant and trade secret matters and wage and hour or class action litigation is preferred but not required.
Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
Strong academic background.
Must be admitted to practice in California.
