Associate, Employment & Labor

Experienced employment & labor associate role open across multiple U.S. offices, with primary hiring in Reston, VA and Washington, DC. The position sits in a fast-paced employment team advising on counseling, compliance, executive employment matters, separations and employment issues arising in transactions.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of relevant experience and comfort working on both advisory matters and transaction-related employment issues; some litigation experience is a plus. The team offers comprehensive benefits and standard firm leave policies.

• 1–3 years post-qualification experience in employment & labor law
• Experience with statutory/regulatory compliance, executive employment and separation agreements, and employment aspects of M&A
• Litigation experience a plus
• Strong academic record and excellent written and verbal communication skills
