Top-tier US law firm is seeking an employment and labor attorney to join its California Employment & Labor practice. This role is open to candidates for positions based in San Diego, Los Angeles, or Santa Monica. The team handles a full range of employment matters for a diverse client base.

Typical responsibilities include case development, legal research and writing, managing all aspects of discovery, conducting witness interviews and internal investigations, and drafting briefs. The position also involves counseling clients on employment policies and practices, statutory and regulatory compliance, and employment and separation agreements.

2–5 years of employment & labor experience
Experience with discovery, investigations, legal writing, and brief drafting
Employment counseling experience, including policies, compliance, and separation agreements
Strong academic credentials, excellent written and oral communication, and a collaborative work ethic
Admission to the California bar required
