Labor & Employment Associate (Los Angeles)

An established labor and employment team is seeking an associate to join its Los Angeles office. The practice handles high-exposure and sensitive employment matters for major employers, offering substantial responsibility and direct engagement with complex litigation.

The docket spans wage-and-hour and discrimination class actions, executive and other significant single-plaintiff matters, high-profile trade secrets and non-compete disputes, Sarbanes-Oxley and other whistleblower protection claims, workplace investigations, and workplace safety litigation.

The team is open to talented general litigators who have an interest in and some experience with employment litigation, alongside candidates already focused in the employment space.

• Law school class years 2018 through 2023 (roughly 3+ years of post-JD experience)
• Litigation experience gained at a peer law firm, including exposure to employment matters
• Interest in building a practice across class actions, single-plaintiff employment disputes, whistleblower claims, and investigations
• Strong litigation skills; general litigators with an interest in employment are encouraged to apply
