Seeking a mid-level employment attorney to join a national firm’s Employment & Labor practice, with opportunities in multiple California offices (San Diego, Los Angeles, Santa Monica). The role combines litigation-focused work with employment counseling and client advisory matters.

Responsibilities include case development, legal research and writing, all aspects of discovery, witness interviews or investigations, and brief drafting. The position also involves counseling clients on employment policies, statutory and regulatory compliance, and drafting employment and separation agreements.

2–5 years of relevant employment & labor experience
Current admission to the California bar required
