An opportunity is available to join a dynamic Employment and Labor practice group, working from one of several Southern California office locations. The role involves a broad range of employment law matters, offering sophistication and variety for an attorney looking to deepen their expertise.

The position involves case development, legal research and writing, all aspects of discovery, witness interviews and investigations, and brief writing. The attorney will also handle employment counseling, advising clients on employment policies and practices, statutory and regulatory compliance, and employment and separation agreements.

The firm seeks a motivated individual with strong academic credentials, exceptional communication and legal writing skills, and a willingness to help train and mentor junior associates. A strong work ethic and a high level of initiative are essential.

2–5 years of broad employment law experience
Experience in case development, legal research and writing, discovery, witness interviews or investigations, and brief writing
Strong employment counseling skills, including advising on policies, compliance, and employment agreements
Current admittance to the California bar
Strong academic credentials and exceptional legal writing skills
Willingness to train and mentor junior associates
