Leading national employment law team seeks an associate to join its Las Vegas litigation group. The role focuses on defending employers in employment-related litigation, administrative agency matters, mediations and arbitrations, including individual and class/collective claims.

Work includes counseling employers on employment and labor law issues, managing discovery and motion practice, and appearing in state and federal forums. The team handles a broad mix of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, contract and restrictive covenant matters.

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
3+ years of litigation experience; employment law background strongly preferred
Active Nevada bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly
Experience with court and agency procedures (state and federal); familiarity with class/collective actions a plus
Excellent written and oral communication, strong organization and project-management skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
