Mid- to senior-level associate opportunity in a national California employment practice. The role is open to candidates based in Los Angeles or San Francisco and focuses on defense-side employment litigation, including class actions, PAGA matters and individual-plaintiff cases.

The team handles complex federal and California employment law issues; this is a hands-on litigation role with opportunities to manage cases, draft briefs, take depositions and appear in court. The group values collegiality and a strong client-service ethic.

California Bar membership (or pending admission) is required. Class action and PAGA experience is preferred but not required.

Minimum 4 years of employment litigation experience (mid- to senior-associate level)
Background in defense-side employment matters, including familiarity with federal and California employment laws
Class action and PAGA experience preferred
Member or pending member of the California State Bar
Strong litigation drafting, advocacy and client-service skills
