Apply in confidence →Seeking a mid-to-senior level associate to join a global executive compensation and employee benefits practice. The role supports US domestic and cross-border matters, advising on executive compensation, equity-based plans, and employee benefits across transactional and reorganizational contexts.
The position is open to candidates to reside in one of several US offices (Chicago, New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto or Los Angeles). The team regularly works on M&A-related compensation issues, restructurings, integrations and other complex corporate transactions in a multinational environment.
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in executive compensation, employee benefits and equity-based compensation.
- Experience supporting M&A and other transactional matters on compensation and benefits issues.
- Admission to and membership in good standing of the state bar for the office to which you apply.
- Large law firm experience strongly preferred; excellent analytical, writing and organizational skills.
- Strong academic credentials; ability to work effectively on global, multi-office teams.
