Employment Litigation Associate — Las Vegas

Growing employer-side labor & employment team seeks a litigation associate to join its Las Vegas office. The role focuses on defending employers in employment-related litigation and administrative proceedings, and advising on workplace policies and compliance.

Typical matters include defending discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, contract and non-compete claims, representing clients in court, arbitration, mediations and before administrative agencies, and providing counseling on employment law issues.

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and strong academic record
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience; employment-law litigation experience strongly preferred
• Active Nevada bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly
• Knowledge of federal and state employment statutes and agency processes
• Excellent written and oral communication, organization and project-management skills
