Experienced employment litigation associate position in a Phoenix office of a leading US employment firm. The role focuses on defending employers in a broad range of workplace disputes and agency matters.

Day-to-day work includes defending and litigating employment claims and administrative charges, counseling and training employer clients, and representing clients in court, arbitration, mediation and before administrative agencies. The position will handle individual and collective/class matters across discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contract and related employment tort claims.

JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
Minimum 2 years practicing employment/labor litigation; employer-side experience preferred
Active Arizona bar admission in good standing
Familiarity with state and federal agency procedures and employment litigation practice
Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and project-management skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with teams
