Full-time associate role in a national labor & employment practice based in the Phoenix office. The position is litigation-heavy and involves significant responsibility on employment matters, including representation in class actions and cases involving restrictive covenants and trade-secret issues.

Day-to-day duties include taking depositions, covering hearings, interviewing witnesses, managing written discovery, and drafting persuasive briefs. Candidates should want trial experience (or have prior trial involvement) and be comfortable handling active case work.

Applicants must demonstrate strong writing, analytical and interpersonal skills, solid academic credentials, and substantive knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA). Membership in the Arizona bar or willingness to obtain admission promptly is required.

Prior litigation experience; employment litigation experience preferred
Trial or deposition experience, or a clear desire to develop trial skills
Working knowledge of federal and state employment statutes (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, etc.)
Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Strong academic credentials and professional references
Member of the Arizona State Bar or able to become admitted quickly
