JD from an accredited law school
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction; Oregon bar admission preferred or willingness to seek admission promptly
Minimum 5 years of employment litigation experience (law firm, government, or in-house)
Proven experience handling employment disputes in state and federal court, including depositions, dispositive motions, discovery management, and trial preparation
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; strong client-service and teamwork orientation
