Seeking an employment litigation associate to join a nationally recognized labor & employment practice in the Salt Lake City office. The role focuses on defending employers in a full range of employment and labor disputes and providing day-to-day counseling on workplace issues.

Work includes defending litigation and administrative charges in court, before state and federal agencies, at mediations, and in arbitration — including class/collective matters and claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour, contract and related employment torts. The position also advises clients on employment policies, compliance and risk management.

This is a hybrid-role based in the Salt Lake City office with regular client-facing and litigation responsibilities.

JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
3–5 years of litigation experience; employment law experience strongly preferred
Active Utah bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly
Experience defending employment litigation and handling agency charges
Excellent written and oral communication, strong organization and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
