High Tech Intellectual Property Associate

We are seeking an Intellectual Property associate with 2 to 5 years of experience and a technical background in electrical or computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a similar field. The role sits within a nationally recognized intellectual property practice and offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated patent matters.

The position is based in our Washington, D.C. office. Patent litigation experience is preferred, and associates take on substantive work in a collaborative team environment.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience (JD 2024–2021)
• Background in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, or a similar field
• Patent litigation experience preferred
