Employment Solicitor — Liverpool

Join a well-regarded national law firm’s Employment team in Liverpool, working on advisory and tribunal work for a broad employer client base. The role involves managing a varied caseload, providing HR-facing employment law advice and representing clients at Employment Tribunals.

You'll work closely with the team on drafting tribunal responses, witness statements and bundles, contribute to legal updates and training, and support business development activity. The role includes clear targets and SLAs and offers opportunities to develop advocacy experience.

• 1–3 years PQE in employment law
• Prior experience in employment practice (advisory and/or tribunal work) essential
• Advocacy experience preferred or a strong interest in developing tribunal advocacy skills
• Excellent written and oral communication, time management and IT skills; ability to manage a mixed caseload and meet deadlines
