Employment & Trade Secret Litigation Associate — New York

Join a national law firm’s Employment & Trade Secret Litigation group in New York handling a varied, high-stakes management-side practice. The team represents employers across industries — from startups to large corporations — on litigation, internal investigations, and employment-related matters in corporate transactions.

The role offers day-to-day counseling and litigation work on terminations, leaves, reductions in force, policy drafting, and employment mobility issues (trade secrets, non-competes, solicitation). Candidates will collaborate on complex matters and support transactional employment advice as part of cross-functional teams.

• Approximately 2 years of experience focused on management-side employment litigation and counseling
• Experience with employment litigation matters and employment mobility (trade secrets, non-competes, solicitation)
• Experience advising on employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions, or other corporate transactions preferred
• Member in good standing of the New York bar and resident/physically present in the New York office
• Strong academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
