Who You'll Work With

Serve innovative clients ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies across technology, life sciences, green energy, and cleantech. The practice is not a cookie-cutter employment department; you will tackle complex, high-stakes matters spanning litigation, counseling, and transactional support.

What You'll Do

Manage management-side employment litigation and provide day-to-day counseling on terminations, leaves of absence, reductions in force, and policy review and creation. Advise on employment mobility issues including trade secrets, non-competes, and employee solicitation. Support employment-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

• 2 years of experience exclusively in management-side employment law litigation and counseling
• Experience handling several employment litigation cases
• Day-to-day advice on terminations, leaves of absence, reductions in force, and policy review/creation
• Experience with employment mobility issues: trade secrets, non-competes, and employee solicitation
• Advising on employment matters in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions
• Member of the New York Bar
• Resident and physically present in the New York office
• Excellent academic credentials, oral, written, and interpersonal skills
