J.D. from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility to be admitted) to the Georgia bar
Prior experience in environmental regulatory law, permitting, compliance counseling, and/or enforcement defense
Experience with administrative proceedings and environmental litigation preferred
Strong drafting, research and client-communications skills; ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary matters
