A leading global law firm is seeking an Equity Capital Markets associate to join its London Capital Markets group. The team advises on a full spectrum of securities work, combining English and US law capabilities across ECM, English law DCM and US high-yield offerings, and regularly acts on listings across major exchanges including London, New York, Nasdaq and Amsterdam. The practice also supports big-ticket public M&A transactions.

The successful candidate will advise clients on complex ECM transactions such as IPOs, placings, rights issues and other equity offerings, support UK public M&A matters, and provide strategic guidance on regulatory compliance, governance and market practice. The role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating key transaction documents, managing client relationships with clear, commercially focused advice, and collaborating with cross-border teams throughout the deal lifecycle.

2-3 years of relevant English post-qualification experience gained at a top-tier London practice
Strong experience in English law ECM transactions
