The successful candidate will lead complex transactions, develop client relationships across energy and infrastructure sectors, and help grow a team in Toronto. This is a senior hands-on role with significant business-development and practice leadership responsibilities.
- Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
- Approximately 15–20 years' experience in energy and infrastructure transactions, ideally with M&A focus
- Proven track record leading complex deals and advising sponsors, owners or project participants
- Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships and to contribute to practice-building
