Successful candidates will typically join as an Income Partner with a structured path to Equity partner if the practice meets growth targets. The team is open to experienced senior hires, including candidates planning a final career move, and there is interest in those with Quebec-facing practices or Francophone client relationships.

Proven capital markets experience with a material mining practice
Track record of leading and growing a partner-level team
Ability to join as an Income Partner with a plan to transition to Equity
Portable book of business of ~CAD $800k+ (CAD)
