Equity Partner, Life Sciences (New York, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco)

Leading US law firm is seeking an equity partner to join its corporate life sciences team. The role is client-facing and focused on transactional work for life-sciences companies, with emphasis on companies that scale through venture-backed growth and strategic exits.

Ideal candidates will bring a substantial, active practice advising startups, emerging growth and specialty life-sciences businesses on M&A, financings and strategic partnering. The team prefers partners with a predominantly life-sciences client base rather than a pure big-pharma focus.

• Equity partner-level lateral with an established, active life sciences transactional practice
• Significant client origination and management experience on M&A and financings for life-sciences companies
• Strong US corporate transactional experience and excellent business development skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
