Executive Compensation Associate — Chicago

Highly regarded global firm is seeking an Executive Compensation Associate to join its Chicago employment team. The role focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits work across corporate transactions and other business matters.

Work will include advising on executive pay arrangements, equity-based compensation, and benefits issues in connection with mergers and commercial transactions. The team works closely with corporate lawyers and serves sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional clients.

• 2–6 years post-qualification experience in executive compensation and employee benefits.
• Experience supporting M&A and transaction-related compensation work, including equity plans and change-in-control arrangements.
• Strong drafting and transactional skills; comfortable coordinating with corporate teams and clients.
• Active bar admission and ability to work in the United States.
