Apply in confidence →We are seeking an Executive Compensation Associate to join a leading firm's executive compensation and employee benefits practice in Washington, DC. The role focuses on advising clients on executive compensation, benefit plan matters, and related issues arising in corporate transactions.
Work will include counseling on executive arrangements in mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions, drafting compensation-related provisions and agreements, and coordinating with corporate teams. The team advises sophisticated, transaction-focused clients and works on complex, high‑value matters.

- Juris Doctor and active admission to the D.C. bar (or eligibility to waive in)
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in executive compensation and employee benefits, with transaction experience (M&A and other business deals)
- Strong drafting and transactional skills; experience preparing compensation-related agreement language and disclosures
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with corporate deal teams
